Corby Light Blues Xmas Foodbank Appeal 2025

Once again we are organising a collection at the Complex for the Corby Foodbank and once again the Corby Light Blues are putting their energy into its organisation.
Last year we demonstrated our commitment to charity and community spirit by donating an incredible 350 kg (over one third of a tonne) of food and essential hygiene products to the Corby Foodbank, which is run by the Trussell Trust.
The Corby Foodbank continues to be a lifeline for many families and individuals in the local area, especially during the winter months when financial pressures can be particularly difficult. The generosity of the Corbymasons helps to ensure that those struggling have access to the most basic necessities — food on the table and hygiene products that many of us take for granted.
This charitable initiative has now become an annual tradition, first launched in 2019. With the exception of the break during the Covid pandemic, the Corby Freemasons have resumed their efforts with renewed energy since returning to the Masonic Complex. What began as a local act of kindness has grown into a regular demonstration of our commitment to supporting those in need.
If you can please take a good look at the poster and whatever you can bring along will be gratefully received and passed on to the Foodbank.
