The Corby Light Blue Club visited St Wilfrid Lodge No. 4453 in Oundle.

They had a fantastic evening visiting St Wilfrid Lodge No. 4453 for their first meeting of the year, and what a start it was.

We were proud to witness Bro. Jonathan Waterworth being raised to the sublime degree of a Master Mason. The ceremony was delivered with real warmth and character, exactly what St Wilfrid is known for, and it was a privilege to be there to support him on such a special milestone.

For anyone who doesn’t know us, the Light Blue Club is all about bringing newer Freemasons together, giving brethren the chance to visit other lodges, enjoy social events, learn more about the Craft, and build confidence in a relaxed, friendly environment. Nights like this are exactly why we do what we do.

St Wilfrid’s unique setting at The Talbot Hotel made the evening even more memorable. Working in one of the historic back rooms and dining in the beautiful room above the bar gives the lodge a charm all of its own.

A huge thank you to the brethren of St Wilfrid for the warm welcome, the excellent ritual, and a festive board that absolutely hit the spot. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.
